History:
April	1982	Laixi Cold Storage Plant established. It was the first chicken exporting plant to
		Japan in China.
June	1987	Laixi Air-cooling Storage Plant. Dealing in vegetable and fruit processing.
July	1990	Qingdao Wanfu Food Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Taiwan company. From then on,
		products of the company could export abroad directly.
July	1991	Qingdao Jingxi Food Co., Ltd. The joint with Toyota Trading Japan.
Jan.	1994	Qingdao Wanfu Group Co., Ltd. established. The ownership was changed from township to
		stock system.
April	1996	Qingdao Huafu Food Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese company, dealing in
		vegetable processing.
April	1996	Qingdao Wanxie Food Co., Ltd. the joint-venture with Japanese company, dealing in
		prepared food processing.
Oct.	1996	Ganyu Plant, located in Lianyungang, Jiangsu. Dealing in vegetable processing.
Nov.	1996	Purchased Laixi Food Group Meat Processing Plant, established Laixi Wanfu Meat
		Processing Plant. Dealing in pig slaughter.
Nov.	1996	Wanfu Peanut Products Co., Ltd. Dealing in peanut products producing.
May	1998	Wanfu Bio-organic Fertilizer Plant. Dealing in Wanfu organic fertilizer manufacturing.
May	1998	Wanfu Husbandry Company. Introduced 1000 pair of British PIC Original pigs, dealing
		in breeding pig raising.
June	1998	Wanfu Feed Processing Plant. The plant can produce 150,000 tons of feed per year.
Oct.	1998	Wanfu Cold Storage Plant. Dealing in prepared food processing, has been approved by
		Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.
Mar.	2000	Wanfu Parents Pig Plant. Holding 8000 pairs of parents pigs.
May	2000	Qingdao Fuji Wanfu Food Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese company. Dealing in
		puree producing.
May	2001	Purchased Pingdu Foreign Trade Cold Storage Plant, and established Wanfu Pingdu
		Subcompany. Dealing in chicken slaughter.
May	2001	Wanfu Parents Chicken Raising Plant and Wanfu Hatching Plant. Introduced 2000 fine
		variety American Avin breeding birds.
Oct.	2002	Qingdao Sanyo Wanfu Foods Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese company. Dealing
		in prepared vegetable food processing.
Nov.	2002	Qingdao Wanfu Prima Food Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese company. Dealing
		in meat products processing.
Feb.	2003	Santong Wanfu Food Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese and Taiwan company.
		Dealing in broiler business.
April	2003	Qingdao Wanfu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Engaged in Real Estate Developing.
May	2003	Qingdao Wanfu Import and Export Co., Ltd. Engaged in international trade.
Oct.	2003	Purchased the state-owned Qingdao Livestock-poultry Improved Variety Co., Ltd.
April	2004	Qingdao Wanfu Storage Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese company. Engaged in
		storage business.
Mar.	2005	A.K. Foods (Qindao) Co., Ltd. The joint-venture with Japanese company. Dealing in
		aquatic products processing.
Oct.	2005	Wanfu Investment (Qingdao) Co., Ltd.
Oct.	2005	Wanfu Yuhua Food Processing Plant.
May	2006	Purchased Lvyu Food, established Wanfu Group Food Processing Plant. Dealing in vegetable and fruit processing.
Dec.	2009	Qindao Liuhe Wanfu Food Co., Ltd.  Quick frozen foods.
May     2010             Authentication:		The headquaiter of Wanfu Group was moved to 9 Shanghai West road, Laixi, Qingdao ISO9002, HACCP, OFDC(Organic food and fertilizer),cloven-hoofed animal and poultry
		heating plant approved by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan.
